Flamboyant New Yorker Jack Bruce is a talented all round worker, whose big break was when he was hired by TCW in 1998 to be the lead singer of their rock band \ stable "Painful Procedure". That role, which he played to perfection, sky-rocketed him from unknown to superstar almost overnight. In August 2004, he chose to "defect" to TCW's big rivals SWF, which was one of the biggest news stories of the year. He has quickly established himself as one of SWF's biggest and brightest main event stars, and capped off his rise to the top when he defeated Runaway Train in August 2007 to capture the SWF World Heavyweight Championship. In 2009 he was the focus of the company's hottest storyline, "Jack Bruce, Man Under Pressure", which turned him from popular main eventer into unquestionably the biggest babyface currently working in North America.
Jack Bruce's name is directly based off the late Cream bassist of the same name.
